ARSENAL GET BOOST IN RECORD MOVE, AS STAR DROPS BOMBSHELL!
Arsenal have been given a massive boost in their chase for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez, as he doesn’t rate Brendan Rodgers’ new signings and believes they will not help the club get into the Champions League spot, according to the Metro website.
The little striker is the clubs number one target and all indications suggest we could try and break all records to bring him to the Emirates,
However, Liverpool are being defiant in their bid to keep him and will not do business with us for anything less than £50 million.
But international team-mate Edinson Cavani, who was on Confederations Cup duty this summer with Suarez, said: “We have been speaking a lot and, while I can’t tell you everything, I can tell you that he is desperate to start playing Champions League football.
“Liverpool already know that, though, because he has told them.
“I think if he thought Liverpool would qualify for Champions League football next season he would stay but, with the other top teams in England adding players, he doesn’t think Liverpool have the resources to break into the Champions League spots.
“I have said before one of the most complete strikers in the world needs to be playing at the top level and I hope Liverpool understand that.
“He doesn’t want to leave on bad terms because he respects the club and fans, but he needs to achieve his dreams in the game.”
There has been a lot of reports about Suarez and Liverpool are obviously very keen to keep him, but the simple fact is that he wants a move and the reds should just take the money.
