ARSENAL TALKS ARE IN AN ADVANCED STAGE WITH MALAGA OVER SWAP DEAL

Arsenal talks are in an advanced stage with Malaga over swap deal involving Nicklas Bendtner and Jesus Gamez.

The Gunners are looking to sell the striker with Malaga interested in sending their club captain Gamez to the Emirates in return.

Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner could be on his way to Malaga with the Spanish club reportedly willing to complete a swap deal that will see Captain Jesus Gamez make the move to the Emirates.

Bendtner had been close to sealing a move to Bundesliga club Hamburg, but talks broke down over the Danish international’s wage demands, and Hamburg called off the deal earlier this month.

It now seems that Malaga are leading the way to secure Bendtner’s signature, who spent last season on-loan at Juventus but made just 10 appearances and failed to score a single goal. (Daily Star)

Could there be celebrations at the Emirates as Arsenal finally looks like they are going to move on out of form Bendtner.
